Paid marketplace plugins (for example fiscal integrations) are purchased separately — they are not bundled into Individual or Business.
Subscriptions sell product capabilities (cloud, scale), not priority support. Help is via docs and community.
Local team vs cloud
- Local PIN users and roles are included on every plan (including Free). Configure them in desktop Settings.
- Cloud sync and backup require an Individual or Business subscription and a desktop license key.
- Business includes shipped features beyond Individual: multi-register (up to 32) and web analytics. Additional scale features (multi-PC/multi-site, team sync, API/SSO) are roadmap.
Desktop license
After subscribing on the web dashboard, you receive a license key to paste in the desktop app under Settings. The key unlocks cloud features for that billing period.
